Verified Friendly and accommodating service. Amr was fantastic and incredibly accommodating. We booked him through Viator and were scheduled for pickup at 07:45 to take us to the airport, but our flight was delayed at the last minute. Even though he was already outside our hotel, he kindly offered to come back later to collect us. We really appreciated his flexibility and understanding - it made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Verified Fantastic Tour of Luxor West bank and Esna Temple We had an excellent private tour of the Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut, and Esna Temple, with Swsan (guide) and arranged via Amr (driver/transport coordinator) following our airport transfer with him and ‘Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi’. We booked the trip via WhatsApp, Amr was always reliable and provided great service, accommodating our request to add Esna temple to their normal half day West Bank tour. Swsan was a great guide, very friendly and provided detailed information about the sites throughout the day and great recommendations for the tombs, her English is fantastic. I would highly recommend Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi. At valley of the kings we chose the extra entry ticket to see the Ramesses V and VI (KV9) tomb, which was well worth it.

Verified Great car transfer from Luxor airport Great car transfer from Luxor airport to our hotel, booked via Viator. I highly recommend. Greeted by our driver with a name card, luggage quickly loaded into a nice car and smooth drive to the hotel. Our flight from Cairo was delayed by 2 hours but Amr was very accommodating via WhatsApp. Amr also offered tours for Luxor which we booked and we highly recommend the drivers and guides from ‘Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi’. We also rebooked our return transfer to the airport with Amr as we were impressed by his service.

Verified Wonderful Experience We had a great experience during the whole tour. It was very informative, and we learned a lot about Egyptian history, especially while visiting Edfu and Kom Ombo. Ahmed was an excellent guide and shared many interesting and useful details about the High Dam, Philae Temple, and the Unfinished Obelisk. Our driver was very polite and professional, which made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore and understand the history of this beautiful part of Egypt.

Verified 5 star experience Our driver Amr was wonderful! Our flight landing into Luxor was delayed and despite that he waited for us at the airport and ensured he was there to bring us safely to the hotel late at night. He was very good at communicating with us too, to let us know where he was waiting for us. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We were so happy that we immediately booked him again for our trip back to the airport! 100% recommend him!!

The experience was made truly special thanks to our guide, Sawsan. Sawsan was very knowledgeable and explained the history in a clear, engaging way. The Tombs of the Workers were a real highlight. They were smaller but incredibly detailed — and Sawsan made sure we appreciated why they are so unique. Our driver Amr was prompt on pick ups and drop offs, and drove safely. He even had a cold Fanta waiting for us after the first temple! That was a kind and unexpected surprise. Our guide Susan was delightful. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took all of our questions with grace and explained what we were seeing very well. She took the time to make sure we had great photos at the sites as well! Finally, we were greeted with a cake and flower bouquet for our 5th wedding anniversary.
